TAMPA, Fla. (AP) — Colson Montgomery hit a three-run homer within the second inning and a two-run double within the eighth, rallying the Chicago White Sox to an 11-9 victory over the Tampa Bay Rays on Wednesday night time.
Kyle Teel launched his first main league homer for the White Sox, who trailed 4-0 after the primary inning and 7-5 by seven. He completed with 4 hits and scored thrice.
Chicago (37-66) took two of three video games from the Rays at George M. Steinbrenner Discipline to finish a 5–1 journey.
Tampa Bay (53-50) has misplaced 11 of 16.
Montgomery, a rookie shortstop known as as much as the majors on July 4, homered off starter Taj Bradley and set a profession excessive with 5 RBIs.
