TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Congressman Randy Advantageous condemned a deliberate rally on the Florida Capitol organized by the Tallahassee chapter of College students for a Democratic Society, stating the occasion is meant to have fun the Oct. 7, 2023, Hamas assaults on Israel.
In a put up on X Monday, Advantageous stated the rally, scheduled for Oct. 7, was being deliberate “to have fun their genocidal assault that killed 1,200 individuals, together with 40 People.” He referred to these concerned as “Muslim terrorists.”

Advantageous, an outspoken pro-Israel congressman, advised Florida’s Voice that the timing of the rally, coinciding with the two-year anniversary of the Oct. 7 Hamas assault, was “disgusting.”
“I believe it’s fairly disgusting on the best single day of tragedy for Jews because the Holocaust, Muslim teams would manage a celebration of the occasion,” Advantageous stated. “I hope that Governor DeSantis deploys the utmost quantity of regulation enforcement, and I hope that ICE is there to select up and deport any foreigner who’s concerned within the terrorist act.”
The Tallahassee College students for a Democratic Society introduced the rally Thursday on Instagram.
“Be a part of us on Tuesday for a rally in help of the second 12 months of palestine resisting Israel’s present genocidal marketing campaign,” the group stated. “We are going to rally towards DeSantis’ pro-genocide help on the capitol and maintain a vigil for the lives misplaced, each within the present battle and the 78 years of genocide the Palestinian individuals suffered.”
