WASHINGTON – Heritage Basis authorized fellow Zack Smith praised the U.S. Supreme Courtroom’s choice this week to uphold a Tennessee regulation banning gender transition procedures for minors, calling it a “massive win” for states and households — but in addition lamenting that the case needed to be argued in any respect.
