WASHINGTON – U.S. Rep. Anna Paulina Luna issued a warning to the general public concerning this weekend’s “No Kings” protests, claiming that “leftists” plan to put on “MAGA gear” to deliberately incite chaos.
The congresswoman additionally introduced she has formally requested that President Donald Trump freeze federal funds to the American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations, or AFL-CIO, alleging the labor group’s direct ties to the upcoming demonstrations.
“Do NOT attend the No Kings protests. I’ve display screen photographs circulating that leftists are going to put on MAGA gear in an try and trigger chaos,” Luna stated.
The congresswoman revealed her formal motion towards the AFL-CIO.
“I’ve formally submitted a letter to @potus requesting an instantaneous freeze on all federal funds licensed to the AFL-CIO, a company that has obtained over $72M and is immediately tied to the upcoming ‘No Kings’ protest this Saturday,” Luna stated.

The “No Kings” protest is reportedly concentrating on Trump and his administration. It’s scheduled for June 14, with an estimated 1,800 demonstrations deliberate throughout the nation, and hundreds of thousands of contributors anticipated.
These protests coincide with each Trump’s birthday and the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Military, an event the administration reportedly plans to mark with a tank parade in Washington, D.C.
The plans come amid violent turmoil and unrest in Los Angeles towards ICE.
