MELBOURNE, Fla. – Melbourne Metropolis Council members on Thursday voted to schedule a proper listening to to think about eradicating former Councilwoman Yvonne Minus from all city-appointed boards, following public outcry over alleged loss of life threats she made towards Vice Mayor David Neuman.

State Lawyer explains choice to not prosecute
The Workplace of the State Lawyer, 18th Judicial Circuit, reviewed the case and decided the information didn’t assist a prosecutable cost. Witness statements about Minus’ alleged threats conflicted, and there was no concrete proof of a loss of life risk.
