WASHINGTON – Florida Republicans are lashing out at former FBI Director James Comey after he posted a picture on Instagram that critics say advised violence towards President Donald Trump.
Comey, who has since deleted the put up, shared a photograph displaying seashells organized within the sand to spell out “8647”–code that has been utilized in anti-Trump circles to imply “eliminate Trump,” referencing the slang time period “86” — to discard — and “47,” a nod to Trump’s presidency.
“He knew precisely what it meant, a toddler is aware of what that meant,” President Trump instructed Fox Information host Bret Baier. “When you’re the FBI Director and also you don’t know what that meant? That meant ‘assassination’.”

FBI Director Kash Patel stated on Thursday that his company is conscious of the put up directed at Trump.
