CAPE CORAL, Fla. – Cape Coral Metropolis Supervisor Michael Ilczyszyn is proposing the development of what could be Florida’s tallest flagpole at Bernice Braden Park to coincide with the nation’s 250th birthday celebration subsequent 12 months.
