TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Alexander Pantinakis, the political director for the Republican Occasion of Florida, referred to as out the Florida Democratic Occasion for making “excuses” for his or her incapability to defeat Republicans, countering claims of “voter intimidation.”
On Florida’s Voice Radio with Drew Steele, Pantinakis cited a surge in Republican voter registration and document turnout as proof of their rising dominance, asserting that the state now boasts a 1.2 million voter registration benefit for Republicans over Democrats, a big shift from the 2020 election when Democrats held a slight plurality.
“Should you’re Nikki Fried and the Florida Democrats, after all, you will have one million and one excuses as to why this occurs,” Pantinakis stated. “It has nothing to do with the insurance policies of the unconventional left and folks abandoning these states, and naturally it’s nothing to do with our pro-growth and pro-job insurance policies right here in Florida. It has all of those excuses.”
“They undergo this litany of causes,” he stated. “They speak about election legal guidelines that had been modified, and the way that someway there’s this big swath of voter intimidation happening within the state of Florida, which, if there have been, by the best way, if there was this voter intimidation happening, you’ll suppose that turnout can be low. We hit document turnout in November.”
