A developer might substitute the Seville Cellular House Park in Hallandale Seashore with a 750-unit mixed-use, multifamily challenge, amid a surge within the redevelopment of South Florida cell dwelling communities.
Seville Basic Companions, led by Paul Rosen, is asking for a rezoning of the 7-acre website at 426 Northeast Fifth Avenue and 515 North Federal Freeway that may permit for six mid-rise buildings, in keeping with metropolis data. The preliminary plan is for the challenge to incorporate 25,200 sq. toes of retail and 44,200 sq. toes of places of work. An official challenge software and website plan haven’t been filed.

Cade has no plans to vacate and redevelop the cell dwelling park, the agency’s dealer mentioned on the time of the acquisition.
